Robbins-Gioia (RG) is currently seeking a skilled and proactive Program Manager. This individual will lead our team that supports the U.S. Air Forceβs Programmed Depot Maintenance Scheduling System (PDMSS).
The Program Manager is the main person responsible for the project's success. They will lead a team with different skills to keep the PDMSS software running safely and correctly. They should be a leader who works well in a fast-paced setting and can motivate their team to meet important deadlines. They will work directly with our Air Force partners, manage the team, schedules, and budget, and ensure compliance with all Federal cybersecurity, accessibility, and systems compliance requirements.
A Day In the Life:
The Program Manager is the operational and strategic linchpin for PDMSS support. This leader will have a direct impact on mission assurance for critical sustainment systems supporting Air Force readiness, with responsibility for compliance, risk mitigation, and operational excellence. To help make our customer successful, the chosen candidate can expect to be involved with or responsible for leading and managing the delivery of administrative, program/project management, financial management and strategic planning efforts in support of an Air Force system program of record sustainment; development of new software delivering new capabilities; and providing site specific analyst support. The Program Manager is an exempt, experienced business professional that has a documented track record of excellent consulting/functional performance. This individual provides subject matter expertise directly to customers (internal or external) in one or more of RG's core solutions. This role is responsible for leading and managing teams.
