Junior Program Manager

This role will interact with high visibility strategic programs which will provide opportunities for learning and growth for a motivated applicant.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performing daily reports to measure key performance indicators (KPI's).
• Interacting with key customers to assure operational compliance to customer requirements.
• Analyzing data, identifying business trends and driving activities for resolution/problem solving.
• Interacting with several US based logistics operations.
• Collaborates with various program disciplines such as program management, sales and operations management.
• Occasional travel to operations and/or customers may be required.

Required Education:

• College Degree in a related field.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Ability to react to fast paced problem solving in a collaborative setting.
• 3-5 years’ experience is a plus.
• Telecommunications or tech-minded backgrounds are a plus.
• Strong work ethic.
• Strong analytical thinking.
• Attention to detail and consistency in daily reporting.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong/advanced MS Excel skills for data analysis.
• Must have experience with transportation

Pay: $62,000-$73,000 + full benefits and paid time off
