A Little More About The role:
We’re looking for a Product Owner to join Gravie’s Product & Experience team. In this role, you will define, prioritize, and deliver new product functionality that helps us make health benefits easier to understand, more affordable, and better aligned with what people actually need. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to execute on product strategies and build the tools and experiences that power Gravie’s platforms.

You will:
Β·Β Β Β Β Β Β  Own the product backlog for one or more product areas, acting as the voice of the user and business to guide development
Β·Β Β Β Β Β Β  Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and stakeholders to define and refine requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Β·Β Β Β Β Β Β  Lead Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos) and ensure the team has clear priorities and well-defined work
Β·Β Β Β Β Β Β  Validate that delivered functionality meets business and user needs through regular acceptance testing
Β·Β Β Β Β Β Β  Monitor feature adoption and performance metrics, gather feedback, and continuously improve solutions post-launch
Β·Β Β Β Β Β Β  Ensure internal teams have the tools and workflows they need to support new product capabilities (e.g., training, documentation, configuration)
Β·Β Β Β Β Β Β  Contribute to a culture of customer-centricity, ownership, and rapid iteration
Β·Β Β Β Β Β Β  Perform other duties as assigned

You bring:Β 
Β·Β Β Β Β Β Β  2+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role on a software development team
Β·Β Β Β Β Β Β  Demonstrated ability to write clear and actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
Β·Β Β Β Β Β Β  Strong communication and facilitation skills across technical and non-technical audiences
Β·Β Β Β Β Β Β  Comfort working in fast-moving, cross-functional Agile teams
Β·Β Β Β Β Β Β  Experience using tools like Jira, Confluence, or equivalent
Β·Β Β Β Β Β Β  Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Β·Β Β Β Β Β Β  Passion for improving user experiences and making complex things simple
Β·Β Β Β Β Β Β  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Β 
Extra credit:Β 
Β·Β Β Β Β Β Β  Experience working in healthtech, insurtech, or a highly regulated environment
Β·Β Β Β Β Β Β  Familiarity with APIs, databases, or other technical concepts used in modern platforms
Β·Β Β Β Β Β Β  Experience supporting internal tools, customer-facing applications, or backend platforms
Β·Β Β Β Β Β Β  Understanding of the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
Β·Β Β Β Β Β Β  Agile certification (e.g., CSPO, SAFe PO/PM)

The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $140,000 annually. Numerous factors including, but not limited to, educations, skills, work experience, certifications, etc. will be considered when determining compensation.
