The ERP Business Analyst is responsible for planning, designing, implementing, and supporting ERP solutions, including new features and releases, system integrations, data integrity and reporting, process improvements and problem resolution for our Monarch ERP software.
The Typical Work Day:
- Provides hands-on configuration and maintenance of ERP software (ePS Enterprise Suite: iQuote, Monarch, Printflow, Auto Count, Process Shipper) and integrated applications (HubSpot, BarTender, Unipoint), including testing and validating new releases of ERP Suite.
- Responsible for developing the best practices reporting and workflow improvements.
- Develops and delivers end-user work instructions and training for new processes and/or functionality.
- Acts as initial point of contact through ticketing system in support of ERP software, troubleshoot and resolve incidents reported including escalating issues to vendors when needed.
- Serve as the primary lead ERP liaison to the internal business and main contact to selected ERP vendors.
- Lead assigned projects as directed which may include implementation and enhancements of new or existing functionality within selected ERP software.
- Provide guidance, back up and support for other members of IT department.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university; or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Three to five years' experience as an ERP expert or Business Analyst within a mid-sized business, custom manufacturing business preferred.
- Requires working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services, Crystal is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability of strong non-technical communication with end users, getting results, solving problems and project management.
Salary Range: 80K to 125K
