Position Responsibilities:


As a core member of the executive leadership team, the Head of Product (HoP) will lead both the strategic and cultural direction of cross-functional teams focused on user experience and satisfaction. This role spans product lines serving both home-based care and facility-based senior services. The HoP will act as a public-facing product evangelist, maintaining direct relationships with provider organizations, contributing to thought leadership, and reinforcing the company’s positioning in the market.


This role leads the full product lifecycle, from idea generation to market launch, across two major product verticals. Key responsibilities include defining and executing product vision, driving measurable business outcomes, and ensuring consistent alignment between customer needs and product capabilities. The HoP will partner across business functions to ensure product roadmaps support broader corporate goals while maintaining a rigorous, data-driven approach to performance and profitability.

  • Direct, coach, and grow a team of product professionals, creating a culture of ownership, innovation, and customer focus.
  • Oversee diverse product tracks in both clinical and operational domains across home health, hospice, and senior living environments.
  • Define and communicate a clear product vision and multi-year strategy, aligned with executive objectives and market trends.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to translate customer and market insights into scalable product requirements.
  • Participate in industry-facing engagements, including customer advisory boards, site visits, and conference presentations.
  • Establish key product performance and customer experience metrics; manage to outcomes that support growth and retention.
  • Analyze competitive offerings and adjust product positioning to maintain relevance and differentiation.
  • Own commercial success across assigned productsβ€”revenue growth, user adoption, and overall ROI.
  • Coordinate with internal partners in customer success, implementation, marketing, and finance to deliver seamless product rollouts.
  • Promote cross-functional product governance, ensuring transparency and consistency across stakeholder groups.
  • Champion product quality, delivery timelines, and resource alignment throughout the software lifecycle.
  • Represent the product line externally to partners, customers, and industry audiences.
  • Leverage modern tools (e.g., JIRA) and agile methodologies to streamline planning and execution.
  • Foster a culture that balances innovation with business outcomes, incorporating market-driven development strategies.

Position requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10–15 years of progressive experience in SaaS product leadership, including work with enterprise healthcare technologies.
  • Must have experience with healthcare technology products
  • Proven record of translating vision into deliverable roadmaps and successful product launches.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, including experience guiding distributed teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience leading product development with direct revenue accountability.
  • Demonstrated ownership of product-level P&L, with a strong grasp of financial drivers and cost-benefit analysis.
  • Experience operating in a complex EHR product ecosystem, including oversight of multiple service lines such as large-scale SaaS offerings and service-based offerings.Β 
  • Background in agile product delivery with a metrics-focused mindset.
  • Comfortable with up to 30% travel.
