Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll lead the complete product lifecycle while working cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and customer success.     • Own the Complete Product Strategy: You will drive the entire product strategy and roadmap across the Collective OS platform, balancing immediate delivery with long-term vision while guiding the company through rapid growth. Your strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution will be essential as you collaborate with design and engineering to transform user insights into clear specifications, exceptional flows, and compelling experiences.
    • Lead Discovery and Build Processes: You will uncover real user pain points through comprehensive research and discovery, establishing scalable delivery processes for planning, prioritization, QA, and release cycles. Your operational excellence ensures the team ships high-quality features consistently while maintaining startup speed and agility.
    • Drive Business Impact: You will partner across the business to ensure product-market fit, successful launches, and strong adoption while working directly with the CEO to shape monetization strategies that drive revenue growth. Your mastery of Agile development, product discovery methodologies, and user research frameworks ensures you can balance strategic vision with tactical execution.
    • Communication and Growth: You possess exceptional storytelling abilities, with proven success in aligning stakeholders around a shared vision, while thriving in high-growth, fast-moving environments where ambiguity and rapid adaptation are essential to success.
