We are currently seeking an experienced full-time GSOC Assistant Program Manager (APM) with extensive security experience, high integrity, and professionalism who can join the Surefox team to develop and implement operational strategies for the ongoing success of the organization.

As the GSOC APM, you will serve as the principal deputy to the GSOC Program Manager and will directly assist with developing and implementing corporate strategies; management oversight and coordination of resources ensuring successful execution; strategic client relationship management; leading and managing all people, processes, and capabilities associated with the GSOC, and working in coordination with other directors to efficiently implement Surefox programs.

As the GSOC APM, you will coordinate with all operational leaders and Surefox staff, and you will report to the GSOC Program Manager regarding the daily performance for all programs and employees in your purview. In this role, you will manage and report on progress of milestones and benchmarks to ensure advancement of projects and accomplishment of Key Performance Indicators (KPI). You will mentor all operational program leaders to maximize their efforts in post fulfillment, achieving all program goals, and executing day-to-day operations while maintaining Surefox’s high standards.

Annual Salary - $126,272.51

What you will do:

  • Assist the GSOC Program Manager in leading, building, retaining, and developing a team of GSOC Operators and GSOC Staff to accomplish corporate goals in accordance with client and CEO/COO guidance

  • Ensure GSOC always maintains a competent and confident operational leader (GSOC Operators and GSOC Managers) 24/7/365 for rapid decisions - and who remains connected to senior leadership in the event the decision authority surpasses that of the GSOC operator

  • Manage all serious incident reports (SIRs) and ensure they receive appropriate visibility and rapid decisions - when appropriate

  • Motivate your GSOC team to accomplish organizational and tactical objectives as directed by Surefox leadership

  • Strive to care for the GSOC team - managing their goals, priorities, time off, and wear-and-tear

  • Strive to maximize fulfillment across all programs - prioritizing the highest visibility and profitability requirements first

  • Assist with monitoring, organizing and monitor ongoing GSOC and operational program functions including but not limited to: staffing, training, scheduling, employee development, and resolving client concerns

  • Communicate internally with the GSOC Program Manager and, as needed, the Director of Operations along with the operational program leaders to devise strategies to avoid bottlenecks or obstacles hindering project progress

  • Establish and foster strong working relationships and reporting with clients serving as a redundant interface between clients and SurefoxΒ Β 

  • Assist with development, integration, tracking, and ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are met in accordance with client requirements and organizational standards

  • Continually communicate with operational program leadership and Surefox staff leadership regarding program status, issues, and risks in a timely manner

  • Implement internal methods of efficiency improvement; highlight opportunities for operational improvement and efficienciesΒ Β 

  • Assess and prioritize client requirements through key engagements and senior operational leader guidance

  • Collaborate with staff members and other senior leaders in the organization to accomplish GSOC and company goals without neglecting client requirements

  • Ensure operations and activities adhere to federal and state regulations as well as Surefox policies and procedures and standard operating protocols

  • Responsibly allocate, prioritize, and direct company resources to ensure quality control of services provided

  • Assist with facilitating integration of new clients into the GSOC

  • Assist the GSOC PM in standardizing all scheduling, billing/invoicing, time cards/audits, onboarding and termination, QBR, SOP/policy integration, and other facets in coordination with the Director of OperationsΒ 

  • Assist the GSOC PM in fully assessing all operations leaders in core Surefox management tasks; work closely with Phoenix/Training Team and COO to execute training - prioritize enhancing the most critical skills up front; finalize and validate the Surefox manager training pipeline

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the GSOC PM

  • Take on GSOC PM duties in their absence

What is required:

  • Must be eligible for employment within the United States

  • Must be able to pass an extensive background check and drug screening (Surefox will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with all requirements of State and local laws, regulations or codes)

  • Must be willing to travel as necessary

  • 3+ years of work experience in project management, program management, or equivalent director role

  • Possess strong interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts

  • Possess an adaptive leadership style, motivating your team to accomplish both client-driven as well as organizational goals

  • Exceptional attention to detail

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Professional appearance and demeanor

  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities

  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex issues in a concise and meaningful way with responsibility and accountability for the program

  • Display sound judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions

  • Ability to analyze and manage budgets

  • Ability to work independently and as a team member

What is desired:

  • 5+ years of work experience in project management, program management, or equivalent roleΒ 

  • Experience working with all levels of management, including director levels and senior executives

  • Military background is a plus

  • 4-Year Bachelor’s Degree
