Weβre looking for a Growth Product Manager to join our team and drive the strategy for acquiring, engaging, and retaining users. In this role, youβll bridge product and marketing, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance customer experiences, optimize conversion funnels, and scale growth initiatives.Β
Job Responsibilities:Β
Develop and execute strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.Β
Optimize end-to-end customer journeys, identifying friction points and improving conversion rates.Β
Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, design, and marketing teams to drive growth initiatives.Β
Utilize data analytics to segment users, personalize experiences, and enhance customer lifetime value.Β
Evaluate and personalize lifecycle marketing communications (email, push notifications, in-app messaging, SMS) to drive user engagement and retention.Β
Leverage marketing automation and CRM tools to nurture leads and re-engage users.Β
Stay ahead of industry trends and apply best practices in growth marketing, user acquisition, and retention strategies.Β
Experience and Attributes:Β
5+ years of experience in growth product management, product-led growth, or growth marketing, preferably in the mobile app or subscription-based industry.Β
Strong background in funnel optimization, conversion rate improvement, and user lifecycle strategies.Β
Strong understanding of performance marketing (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, programmatic display, etc.) and their impact on product growth.Β
Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and customer segmentation.Β
Ability to develop viral, referral, and incentive-based growth strategies.Β
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.Β
Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively in a cross-functional team.Β
A proactive, results-driven approach with a passion for growth and experimentation in a fast-paced environment.Β
The pay range for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries at commencement of employment and is expected to be between $117,000 β 145,000/year. Β However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including location, role, job-related knowledge, skills, relevant education and experience.
