Job Description

Graduate Engineering Training Programme (GETP):

  • Duration:Β 24 months, featuring four 6-month rotations starting mid-September 2026
  • Accreditation:Β IET accredited programme
  • Community:Β Network with fellow graduates and placement students. Benefit from the β€˜Buddy’ programme for guidance from current graduates.
  • Development:Β Access mentorship, professional registration support, and specialized training.
  • Gain Experience:Β Apply your skills within our mechanical engineering teams and gain exposure to business areas like project management and quality.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Education:Β 2:1 degree in mechanical engineering, robotic/ mechatronic engineering, design or related fields.
  • Skills:Β Passion for problem-solving in engineering and technology.
  • Eligibility:Β Eligibility:Β Unrestricted, permanent work authorization for the UK (no visa sponsorship) and ability to achieve Security Cleared clearance level from UK Security Vetting.
