This role will be reporting into Global Commercial Analytics / AI Acceleration & Specialty Care Pod in Commercialย Forward Impact Engineering and Engagement team.

Theย Commercialย Forward Impact Engineering and Engagement Productย Managerย drives innovation byย closely workingย with Commercial business stakeholdersย andย team of engineers to translateย prioritizedย business opportunities into rapid prototypes andย minimumย viableย products (MVPs).ย  The role blends business engagement with technical execution, enabling Pfizer to accelerate delivery, reduce complexity, and create measurable value.ย Operating at the intersection ofย Commercialย business priorities, technical design, and product delivery,ย Productย Managerย advances concepts into validated solutions thatย enableย decision making onย furtherย scale across the enterprise.ย The role has responsibility forย managing stakeholder relationships, shaping product strategies, and ensuring solutions meet both technical rigor and customer needs within dedicated Pod domain.

The roleย focusesย on hands-on product leadershipโ€”establishingย clear product vision, strategy, and roadmaps, and ensuring that prototypes and MVPs are built, tested, and refined efficiently. You will collaborate closely withย commercialย stakeholders to align priorities, gather feedback, and adapt solutions to maximize business value, all while fostering a culture of creativity, experimentation, and continuous improvement.ย 

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIESย ย 

  • Lead the development of AI and data-driven digital products through rapid prototyping and MVP-first approaches toย validateย concepts and accelerate time-to-value.ย 
  • Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that prioritizes speed, experimentation, and learning through iterative delivery.ย 
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teamsโ€”including engineering, design, and business stakeholdersโ€”to quickly test hypotheses and refine product direction based on user feedback and data.ย 
  • Establish and manage a lean product roadmap focused on delivering high-impact features with minimalย viableย scope, whileย maintainingย flexibility to pivot based on insights.ย 
  • Drive agile ceremonies and sprint planning with a focus on short cycles, fast feedback loops, and continuous improvement.ย 
  • Champion a culture of experimentation, encouraging A/B testing, user research, and analytics to inform product decisions.ย 
  • Ensure MVPs are scalable and extensible,ย layingย the groundwork for future enhancements while meeting immediate business needs.ย 
  • Oversee the creation of user stories, prototypes, and wireframes that reflect user-centric design principles and solve real-world problems.ย 
  • Manage stakeholder expectations by clearly communicating trade-offs, timelines, and outcomes of MVP launches.ย 
  • Foster a team environment that embraces ambiguity, adapts quickly to change, and thrives on delivering tangible results in compressedย timeframes.ย 
  • Primary Stakeholders: Global Commercial Analyticsย group,ย Specialty BU โ€“ (Rare Disease / Inflammation & Immunology)ย and AI Acceleration Teamย โ€“ Tier 1/2 programsย

BASIC QUALIFICATIONSย ย 

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.ย 

  • 8+ years of product management experience, with a strong emphasis on rapid prototyping, MVP development, and agile delivery.ย 

  • Proven success in launching MVPs and iterating based on user feedback and performance metrics.ย 

  • Deep understanding of lean product development, agile methodologies, and user-centered design.ย 

  • Experience working in fast-paced environments where speed and adaptability are critical.ย 

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable product decisions.ย 

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills to align diverse stakeholders around MVP goals and outcomes.ย 

  • Demonstrated ability to leadย without authorityย through ambiguity and deliver high-impact solutions quickly.ย 

Preferred Qualificationsย 

  • MBA orย Masterโ€™sย degree in strategy, innovation, or related field.ย 

  • Certification in Agile, Scrum, or Lean Startup methodologies.ย 

  • Experience with design thinking, prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch), and analytics platforms.ย 

  • Background in healthcare, pharma, or regulated industries with experience navigating compliance in MVP delivery.ย 

  • Experience managing distributed teams and driving alignment across global stakeholders.ย 

  • Previousย Management Consulting experience in Top Consulting Firm is a big Plusย

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $162,900.00 to $261,000.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizerโ€™s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
