Manage projects meticulously, consistently meeting financial budgets and delivery timelines.

Serve as an empathetic and articulate communicator, successfully bridging business objectives and technological capabilities.
Commit to becoming a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in our product domain, healthcare services, and the distinct needs of the autism and developmental disability communities we serve.
Build a well-functioning and very efficient Product Management team that excels at creating a frictionless interface between business stakeholders and technology partners (internal and external).
Coach junior talent and set exemplary leadership and work ethics.
Qualifications:

Proven track record as a Senior Product Manager in healthcare and software development.
Exceptional project management and product lifecycle management skills.
Deep understanding of healthcare systems, laws, regulations, and compliance standards.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking capabilities.
Proven ability to deliver on time and within budget while achieving strategic goals.
Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated success in efficiently interfacing between business stakeholders and technology teams.
Passion for continuous learning and growth, with a dedication to social impact.
