As a key member of EdgeUnoβs leadership team, the Director of Product Management and Marketing will own the end-to-end strategy, development, and go-to-market execution for innovative Connectivity, Edge, Cloud, and Security servicesβblending product leadership with marketing expertise to deliver impactful solutions for ISPs, CDNs, and digital infrastructure providers across Latin America. This coach-player role combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, leading cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle while driving brand, demand, and customer engagement initiatives that fuel EdgeUnoβs growth.

Core Responsibilities

- Product Strategy & Development: Define and drive EdgeUnoβs product vision and roadmap across Connectivity, Edge, Cloud, and Security services, aligning innovation and development priorities with customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.

- Go-to-Market Execution: Lead cross-functional go-to-market strategies by defining product positioning, pricing, and launch execution while ensuring tight feedback loops between field teams and product/engineering.

- Marketing & Brand Leadership: Oversee EdgeUnoβs marketing strategyβspanning brand, demand generation, digital, and eventsβto drive market awareness, customer engagement, and business growth across all regions.

- Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with executive leadership and key functions to align product strategy with organizational priorities, ensuring a customer-first approach and actionable insight-driven decision making.

- Leadership & Team Building: Build and empower a high-performing product and marketing organization rooted in ownership, collaboration, and agility to drive innovation and execution excellence.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Director or Senior Manager of Product Management, ideally in infrastructure, telecom, or cloud services.
- Exposure to or direct leadership of marketing functions such as demand gen, branding, and events.
- Demonstrated success in leading product lifecycle management, from strategy through execution and launch.
- Deep understanding of the telecom ecosystem, including ISPs, CDNs, and enterprise buyers.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills; ability to influence without authority across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in high-growth, entrepreneurial environments.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution β willing to βroll up sleevesβ as an individual contributor when needed.
- Bachelorβs degree required; MBA or technical degree preferred.
- Fluent in English; Spanish or Portuguese proficiency is a strong plus.
