PositionΒ Description:Β 

As theΒ Director of Product Management, you will lead the product management strategy, development, and outbound marketing activities. Your primary responsibility will be to drive the strategic vision, articulate value propositions, create compelling go-to-market content, and ensure alignment across engineering, sales, and customer success teams. You will have direct oversight in shaping the future direction of our service offerings and enhancing our market leadership. You will have tremendous ownership of one of the most innovative AI Infrastructure Services offerings.Β Β 

Qualifications:Β 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).Β 
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management and Marketing within Infrastructure Services, Cloud Computing, AI, or related technology services.Β 
  • Hands on Experience launching or operating Inferencing Services, PAAS, IAAS, API Management Systems. Experience work a Cloud Provider, Enterprise SAAS or Data Services Providers, Services Technology Companies is preferred.Β Β 
  • Proven track record leading successful product management and marketing strategies.Β 
  • Strong technical knowledge of Kubernetes, networking, GPU infrastructure, data center management, and AI workloads.Β 
  • Exceptional presentation, written communication, and interpersonal skills.Β 
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Β 
  • Strategic mindset with analytical rigor and data-driven decision-making capabilities.Β

Key Responsibilities:Β 

Product Strategy and Vision:Β 

  • Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Managed Kubernetes, Managed Network, Managed GPU Cluster Management, and Managed Infrastructure Services.Β 
  • Conduct market analysis, customer interviews, competitive assessments, and demand forecasting to identify opportunities and gaps in the market.Β 

Product Management:Β 

  • Develop detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and engineering specifications clearly outlining customer needs, technical requirements, use cases, and success metrics.Β 
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to align technical deliverables with product objectives, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.Β 
  • Drive regular product planning meetings, ensuring effective prioritization, resourcing, and timely execution.Β 

Outbound Marketing and Communications:Β 

  • Develop and deliver persuasive presentations, compelling marketing materials, white papers, case studies, product sheets, and other customer-facing documents to articulate service value.Β 
  • Lead product launches, including planning and executing go-to-market strategies, collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams.Β 
  • Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and conferences to drive market awareness and thought leadership.Β 

Cross-Functional Leadership:Β 

  • Foster strong cross-functional relationships with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment of product strategies with business goals.Β 
  • Act as a customer advocate, deeply understanding customer requirements and translating them effectively into product and service enhancements.Β 

Market and Customer Insight:Β 

  • Perform regular market research and competitive analysis to maintain up-to-date insights into industry trends and customer requirements.Β 
  • Provide actionable recommendations to executive leadership based on market intelligence and customer feedback.Β 

Performance Metrics:Β 

  • Define and track KPIs including customer adoption rates, product usage, market penetration, customer satisfaction, and revenue targets.Β 
  • Regularly report performance metrics and insights to senior leadership, ensuring transparency and continuous improvement.Β
