About Decisiv

Decisiv is redefining how the world’s most complex physical assets are serviced and kept operating. Our Service Relationship Management (SRM) platform is the industry standard for commercial vehicle service ecosystems todayβ€”and the foundation for expanding that success into new vertical industries tomorrow.

At Decisiv, we believe asset service works best when every participant across the ecosystemβ€”OEMs, dealers, service providers, fleets, and asset ownersβ€”operates from a single, real-time source of truth. When data, insights, and decisions are shared instantly, assets stay on the road longer, downtime is reduced, and entire service networks perform better.

That belief is already powering some of the most recognizable names in the industry. Volvo, Mack, Peterbilt, Kenworth, Hino, Isuzu, TICO, Wabash, Carrier, and others run their service programs on the Decisiv SRM platform, trusting it as the backbone of their mission-critical service operations.

Decisiv enables continuous, real-time exchange of asset and service data across every service eventβ€”supporting decisions, approvals, and communication between dealers, service providers, fleet managers, asset owners, operators, manufacturers, and call centers. More than a system of record, Decisiv is a system of engagement: the connective tissue that brings people, processes, and platforms together across the entire asset service lifecycle.

As the network grows, so does the impact. Every new connection makes the platform more powerful, more intelligent, and more valuable to everyone involved. Joining Decisiv means helping build the infrastructure that keeps global service ecosystems movingβ€”and shaping the future of how physical assets are managed, serviced, and optimized at scale.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Director of Product Management with 10+ years of product management experience to lead and evolve Decisiv’s enabling data platform and shared services, the foundation of our multi-sided ecosystemβ€”the Decisiv Data Network (DDN).

This role owns the product strategy and execution for Decisiv’s enterprise-grade data platform, including shared services such as user and identity management, customer onboarding, APIs, integrations, and developer- and partner-enablement capabilities. The DDN is mission-critical infrastructure, powering data exchange, interoperability, and network effects across customers, partners, and service networks at scale.

In this senior leadership role, you’ll combine platform strategy, deep data fluency, and people leadership. You’ll work directly with customers and partners to understand complex data integration and interoperability needs, collaborate closely with internal Product Managers, Technical Product Managers, and Solutions Engineers, and translate those needs into a clear, cohesive platform vision and roadmap. Your focus will be on delivering measurable business outcomes while ensuring the platform remains scalable, secure, and extensible.

You will lead and develop an existing team of Product Managers, providing coaching, mentorship, and strategic direction while staying hands-on where it mattersβ€”guiding products from discovery and design through delivery, launch, and continuous improvement. You’ll balance long-term architectural thinking with near-term execution, ensuring the data platform enables both current solutions and future growth.

You’ll join a growing, highly collaborative Product organization that includes Product Managers, Technical Product Managers, Solutions Engineers, UX Designers, and Researchers, and you’ll partner closely with Engineering, Customer Success, Account Management, and Product Marketing. This role reports directly to the Chief Product Officer and operates with high visibility and influence across the organization.

This is a remote role based in the United States, with occasional travel for customer engagements and company events.

Key Responsibilities

As a leader in the Product organization, you will play a central role in shaping the future of Decisiv’s Data Network (DDN) and its enabling data platform and shared services:

  • Provide product vision, leadership, and strategic direction for the Decisiv Data Network, including the SRM data platform, shared services, APIs, and integration capabilities
  • Define and evolve the data and technical product vision and roadmap for Decisiv’s multi-sided, SaaS-based ecosystem, ensuring alignment with company strategy and downstream product needs
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for the data platform and shared services, partnering closely with UX and Engineering from discovery and architecture through delivery, launch, and continuous optimization
  • Establish and track clear, outcome-based success metrics, prioritizing use cases and requirements based on customer value, platform adoption, scalability, and business impact
  • Build and maintain a highly differentiated, cohesive platform portfolio through a focused, outcome-oriented roadmap that enables product teams, partners, and customers
  • Lead and participate in Agile/Scrum teams, driving rapid, data-informed iteration while balancing short-term delivery with long-term platform and architectural considerations
  • Leverage customer insights, usage analytics, and market intelligence to inform prioritization, sequencing, and trade-offs across platform and integration investments
  • Continuously assess competitive offerings, ecosystem trends, and emerging technologies to refine platform positioning and guide investment decisions
  • Identify, validate, and champion new growth opportunities enabled by the data platform, integrations, and network effects across the Decisiv ecosystem
  • Engage regularly with customers, prospects, and partners to understand integration and data needs, gather feedback, and evangelize the Data Network strategy and roadmap
  • Partner closely with Product Marketing to support platform and shared-services launches, including announcements, positioning, success stories, sales enablement, and customer-facing presentations
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Managers, fostering strong product thinking, technical depth, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration
