About You

You're a product development leader who has built and scaled physical product lines in telehealth, wellness, or pharma. .You know what it takes to bring a new product to market, from identifying the opportunity through formulation, sourcing, regulatory clearance, and commercial launch. You've managed relationships with compounding pharmacies, contract manufacturers, and ingredient suppliers, and you've negotiated the COGS, terms, and timelines that determine whether a product makes money. You think in terms of margin, SKU velocity, and portfolio strategy. You've launched prescription offerings through telehealth, developed supplement formulations, or built product lines for a D2C health brand, and you understand the regulatory landscape that governs each. You want to own the product portfolio for a company that is building an entirely new category in human performance.

You also have experience managing cross functional teams, including customer service and experience teams. You are able to set KPIs and strategy around high quality service and experience.Β
