We're seeking a visionary and passionate Director of Product - Breathing Health to lead the charge.

Your Mission:

As a Product Leader at ResMed ensure that we (in this order): 1) build the right thing; 2) build it right; and 3) build it fast. You'll be the driving force behind our innovative and impactful breathing health portfolio (Astral, Stellar, Lumis), acting as the bridge between our customers, service teams, engineering experts, and business stakeholders. You'll own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, turning bold ideas into market-leading solutions. You’ll manage a talented team of product managers across Singapore and Sydney while engaging with global commercial teams to align product strategies and initiatives. You are responsible for ensuring our dedicated, multidisciplinary teams (our Product Teams) are autonomous to deliver AND accountable to these outcomes. You are responsible for turning strategy into real results and are empowered to do so.

• Champion the User: Become a relentless advocate for our users, deeply understanding their needs and translating them into exceptional product experiences.
• Shape the Future: Anticipate industry trends, navigate complex markets, and drive innovation that keeps ResMed at the forefront of respiratory care.
• Lead with Influence: Rally support across the organization, build high-performing teams, and inspire others with your vision and expertise.
• Deliver Results: Own the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to commercialization, ensuring your products deliver value to both customers and the business.

What You'll Bring:

• Commercial Acumen: Ability to balance commercial objectives with product innovation, while maintaining a focus on market needs.
• Experience in general management, marketing, or/and downstream commercial work.
• A passion for user-centric innovation with physical product experience.
• Proven experience leading and inspiring high performing teams, with a track record of delivering successful products to market.
• Enthusiasm for understanding how business models and sales channels intersect and impact product strategies.
• Innovation & Ambiguity: Comfort in navigating ambiguity and thinking creatively to solve problems and create innovative solutions.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and business acumen to make data-driven decisions that drive growth.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders and build strong relationships.

Employees accrue three weeks Paid Time Off (PTO) in their first year of employment, receive 11 paid holidays plus 3 floating days and are eligible for 14 weeks of primary caregiver or two weeks of secondary caregiver leave when welcoming new family members. Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills. This role is eligible to receive an annual cash bonus payment based on company, business unit, and/or individual performance. For remote positions located outside of the US, pay will be determined based the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills. Base Pay Range for this position: $187,000- $234,000 - $280,000 USD
