The Art and Science Lab team powers some of the most well-known and widely used dating apps in the world. We’re looking for a Director of Product to lead a critical area within one of Match Group’s top brands. You’ll join a deeply cross-functional team and work closely with leaders across Product, Design, and Engineering. This is a high-impact role focused on building and scaling core user experiences that shape how millions of people connect every day.
When it comes to dating, the connection starts online, but the real magic happens once you meet in real life. We think the same is true for creating the best platforms, so we work together IRL in Las Angeles or San Francisco offices three days a week. See you soon!
$212,500 - $270,000 a year
The compensation range listed above is representative of the base salary offered.
Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary range is reflective of a position based in Los Angeles, Palo Alto, or San Francisco. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
