Role:

The Digital Experience Product Manager serves as a strategic partner within the Digital Experience team and leads the creation, optimization, and evolution of both third-party and custom developed digital banking applications within the credit union's digital banking platform. This role is responsible for driving ideation and implementation by partnering with teams across the organization. Reporting to the AVP of Digital Products and Platforms, the position drives product enhancements, integrates member feedback, and works closely with UX, Development, and enterprise teams to deliver meaningful digital solutions that support Rogue's Vision, Mission, and Values.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

30% Β  Β Leads the continuous improvement of digital banking applications within Rogue’s digital platform by using analytics and member feedback to identify, prioritize, and measure meaningful enhancements. Applies both quantitative and qualitative data to evaluate performance and recommend changes that optimize results. Collaborates closely with Digital Experience, User Experience (UX), Development, and other cross functional teams to deliver solutions that meet member needs and advance business objectives.

30% Β  Β Partners cross-functionally with UX, Development, Digital Experience, and Project Management teams to design and deliver digital banking enhancements guided by member insights. Aligns internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful implementation, conducts competitive and industry analysis, collaborates with vendors on product roadmaps, and proactively introduces innovative solutions. Supports leadership in prioritizing and launching new digital functionality to enhance Rogue Credit Union’s digital banking platform.

15% Β  Β Drafts clear, actionable user stories with acceptance criteria that guide product development and optimization. Champions user acceptance testing and feature validation to ensure solutions meet both business and member needs. Coordinates closely with UX and Digital Experience throughout design, development, and deployment to confirm readiness and successful delivery.

15% Β  Β Manages the product backlog in partnership with Digital Experience, Development, and Project Management by creating, organizing, and maintaining well defined backlog items that are strategically prioritized and consistently aligned with Rogue’s business objectives.

5% Β  Β Β Integrates member feedback from surveys, usability testing, and support channels into planning for the product roadmap. Synthesizes insights into clear themes that inform product decisions and ensures that digital solutions reflect member needs and preferences.

5% Β  Β Β Proactively performs other related duties as needed or assigned.

Knowledge & Skills:

Experience: Five years to eight years of similar or related experience.

Β 

Education: (1) A bachelor's degree, or (2) achievement of formal certifications recognized in the industry as equivalent to a bachelor's degree (e.g., information technology certifications in lieu of a degree). Desired degree types and certifications include but are not limited to business, analytics, marketing, or similar experience. Industry recognized certifications (e.g., Product School, Pragmatic Institute, CSPO, AIPMM, UX related certifications) are valued but not required.

Interpersonal Skills: Strong influence and alignment building skills across departments, along with the ability to facilitate discussions, navigate conflict constructively, and build consensus around product priorities and decisions. High level of professionalism, diplomacy, and stakeholder engagement when working with internal teams, leadership, vendors, and partners. The ability to confidently represent the product perspective in strategic conversations and cross functional planning.

Other Skills: Possesses strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, assess complexities, and make informed recommendations. Excellent time management and the ability to prioritize shifting demands while maintaining accountability for deliverables. Advanced written and verbal communication skills are essential, including the ability to translate technical concepts for non technical audiences and communicate effectively with developers and leadership. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with product and project tools such as ClickUp, Jira, Confluence, Figma, Visio or Miro, as well as comfort working within Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies. Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and risk mitigation skills are necessary, along with resourcefulness, dependability, confidentiality, and a collaborative team orientation. A bias toward action, a strong sense of ownership, and a drive to deliver high impact digital experiences are also important for success.

Physical Requirements: Some lifting required (up to 30 pounds), continuous sitting, occasional standing and occasional walking. Finger dexterity while using computer. Occasional talking and hearing in person and on the telephone. Continuous clarity of vision at 20 inches or less and continuous clarity of vision at 20 feet or more. Ability to drive a motor vehicle or arrange for own transportation.

Work Environment: This job is an exempt position that requires flexibility in scheduling tasks and projects. The employee must independently monitor hours and judge the time needed to be spent on applicable duties. Employee must be capable of adjusting to unpredictable schedules proactively. As a direct representative of the Credit Union, the employee must conduct and present themselves courteously and professionally. Exposed to potentially hazardous conditions, i.e., robbery. Travel to all Credit Union regions may be required.
