About the role
Gala is excited to announce that we're searching for a visionary and versatile leader to take on the role of Product Manager for the new GalaChain Wallet and other soon-to-be-released DeFi products.Β
As the product leader, you will lead the development and growth of our product, ensuring it meets the needs of users and the ecosystem while maintaining best-in-class security, usability, and compliance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, compliance, and partnerships, to build a seamless and innovative wallet experience.
You will set the north-star KPIs, design the experiments that improve them, and turn raw data into product-shaping insights. Youβll also lead discussions for decision-making regarding growth and performance metrics and monitor adoption, retention, transaction success rates, and security posture. Success in this role means translating analytics into decisive action and scaling a product that delights users and strengthens the ecosystem.
You will be a part of a company of super-achievers who work together to bring forth the evolution of entertainment. The ideal candidate has prior game dev experience, excellent people skills, business acumen, and an exemplary work ethic.
