Civil Engineering Graduate Programme – Feb 2027 Start
Our Christchurch and Wellington Civil Construction Teams, specialises in infrastructure construction with a strong focus on reinforced concrete that helps deliver bridges, wharves, water treatment plants, storage tanks, and pipelines.
In our two-year grad programme, you’ll:
Work onsite, on real projects with our experienced site teams.
Rotate and engage across different parts of the business to discover your strengths.

We’re looking for passionate, future-thinking grads who:
Have a Civil Engineering degree or diploma from an NZ-recognised tertiary institute (graduating 2024–2026).
Hold NZ or Australian citizenship, or NZ permanent residency.
Are keen on practical, hands-on contracting work, often on-site and outdoors.
Are proactive, organised, and adaptable to change.
