Job Description:

Seize your opportunity to make a personal impact as a Program Manager in support of the Federal Judiciary. This program provides IT support, infrastructure management, and security for a major federal agency, including planning national IT policy, standards, and architecture.Β 

Β 

HOW A Program Manager WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:β€―Β 

  • Has authority and responsibility to successfully manage required resources, in order to meet the overall requirements of the program.Β Β 

  • Institute and maintain processes that ensures problems and action items are tracked through resolution and provide timely status reportingΒ 

  • Provide deliverables to the government customer, including Monthly Service Utilization, Capacity, Outage and Upgrade Status and Forecast ReportsΒ 

  • Develop, deliver and maintain Project Management Plan and Integrated Master ScheduleΒ 

  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on process task activities, planned task activities, issues, and performance metrics.Β 

  • Make business critical decisions related to the program and communication efforts to customers and stakeholdersΒ 

  • Track and communicate information related to unresolved issues as well as their status and actions taken.Β 

  • Ensure alignment of program deliverables to program outcomes for operational efficiencyΒ 

  • Provide expertise and guidance on cloud technology to the program and client.Β Β 

Β 

Education:Β Β 

  • Master’s Degree (in Computer Science or related field preferred)Β and 7 years of experience,

Or

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 12 years of experience
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certificationΒ 

Required Experience:Β Β 

  • Minimum of 7 years total program/task managementΒ Β 

  • Experience in planning, managing and providing guidance pertaining to IT and Cloud environmentsΒ 

  • Experience in managing federal cloud task ordersΒ 

  • Experience with and accountability for the technical correctness, timeliness and quality of deliverables, and the implementation and measurement of corporate and client quality standards and methodologiesΒ 

  • ITIL and/or AGILE certification(s) preferredΒ 

  • Cloud certification in Azure, AWS, or GCP Β

The likely salary range for this position is $133,369 - $180,441. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
