We Are Looking For

The Associate Product Manager supports the Product Management team by managing day-to-day operational activities for assigned product portfolios or lines. This role focuses on administrative facilitation, data management, internal coordination, and execution of pricing, LTA and quoting, and supply chain processes under the guidance of senior team members. This position contributes to competitive pricing strategies, supplier collaboration, sales support, and overall supply chain efficiency by maintaining accurate product data, assisting with LTA and quote opportunities, and supporting product line objectives


What You’ll DoΒ 

As an Associate Product Manager, you’ll be responsible for:Β 

  • Own day-to-day product management process execution and operational support for assigned product portfolios, including data maintenance, pricing support, LTA and quote coordination, and issue resolutionΒ 
  • Support management of product portfolios to maintain service levels, accurate information, and drive incremental business opportunitiesΒ 
  • Perform comprehensive product data management, including Ship & Debit and SPA maintenance and system entry, manufacturer quote entry in ePDS and supplier portals, customer quote master manipulation, and pricing import/export supportΒ 
  • Provide historic sales, inventory, on-order, and other reporting support for product performance analysisΒ 
  • Maintain vendor part files, MOQ and leadtime data, and other master product informationΒ 
  • Address product data inquiries, pricing requests, and support sales team with product information while managing general internal and supplier inquiriesΒ 
  • Execute product management support activities and track progress to support product line goals, including assisting with product marketing and training materialsΒ 
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Supply Chain) and suppliers to resolve product-specific pricing, availability, and operational issuesΒ 
  • Maintain system accuracy, monitor product health/metrics, and contribute to basic profitability and forecast reporting to support visibility into product performanceΒ 
  • Resolve product inquiries, pricing discrepancies, complaints, and service requests across assigned portfolios in a timely manner, escalating complex or high-impact matters to senior team members


What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in product support, sales support, pricing coordination, or a related administrative/sales role preferredΒ 
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal coordination and customer interactions
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and follow established procedures and supervisory guidance
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to product management strategies and best practices
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
