Essential Job Functions:

  • Assist in analyzing existing market trends and emerging Β market opportunities.
  • Support the monitoring of competitive activities and Β contribute to regional competitive sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Aid in planning and executing activities related to Β product launches, including pre-market evaluations, sample management, and Β sales forecasting.
  • Collaborate with KOLs and sales team members to gather insights for new product development.
  • Contribute to the development of product marketing Β strategies, including targeting and positioning for new products.
  • Ensure customer-facing materials receive necessary Β approvals from relevant stakeholders.
  • Support project management tasks including resourcing, Β timelines, and budget tracking.
  • Help maintain consistent messaging and branding Β throughout the product pipeline.
  • Identify and communicate unmet needs in the product Β portfolio to the management team.

Customer Engagement and Understanding

  • Collaborate with customers and partners to help develop Β and implement customer and sales strategies Build and maintain Β Β Β Β Β relationships with key customers and KOLs to gain insights into market Β needs and trends.
  • Represent the 'voice of the customer' by utilizing market information and analysis to support decision-making.
  • Assist in identifying and organizing strategic events Β to increase product awareness.
  • Support tradeshow and product promotional event Β activities, including logistical arrangements and promotional efforts for Β Β Β Β Β product demonstrations and workshops.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Develop relationships with internal stakeholders to Β understand and support marketing and launch plans, including market Β Β Β Β Β research, supply forecasting, R&D updates, and evidence generation.
  • Provide support to global sales and marketing teams through sales training and execution of product launches and marketing Β Β Β Β Β campaigns.
  • Contribute to creating content for digital platforms Β such as websites and social media.
  • Prepare and deliver updates, reports, and presentations Β on marketing initiatives to senior management and cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather product Β information, market trends, and training materials.
  • Participate in global marketing and sales meetings as needed.

Promotional Material Development and Execution

  • Assist in the creation and execution of promotional materials, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and product positioning.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to produce sales tools, digital content, brochures, and other customer-facing assets.
  • Ensure all promotional materials comply with regulatory and legal requirements, and obtain necessary stakeholder approvals.
  • Track usage and effectiveness of promotional tools, Β incorporating field feedback to support continuous improvement.
Requirements


Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of experience in product management, downstream marketing, sales, or a technical role Β Β Β Β Β within the medical device field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and familiarity with basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or similar)
  • Experience with product launches and product management Β in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience in portfolio marketing.
  • Proven ability to support the development and implementation of marketing plans across different geographies and Β Β Β Β Β customer types.
  • Technical aptitude or experience in a clinical Β environment is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated success in collaborating with high-performing sales teams is helpful.
