Support the end-to-end product lifecycle, including product strategy, roadmap development, market and consumer research, competitive analysis, product planning, positioning, and successful new product launches.Β
Drive cross-functional alignment across Marketing, Sales, R&D, Operations, and other key stakeholders to deliver high-quality products from concept through launch, ensuring continuous improvement based on market feedback.Β

Bachelorβs degreeΒ in Business,Β Marketing, Food Science,Β or related field (required)
Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese and EnglishΒ requiredΒ
Must have 3-5Β years of experience in product management, including 3 years in CPG industry is a plusΒ
Solid understanding of food production processes, food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, GMP), costing, and quality systems is preferredΒ
Demonstrated experience supporting go-to-market initiatives and collaborating closely with Sales and Marketing teamsΒ
ProvenΒ track recordΒ of managing the full product development lifecycle from concept through commercializationΒ
Strong ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentΒ
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability toΒ identifyΒ root causes and implement effective solutions
Proficient in Google Apps, MS Office Suite, etc.Β
