TheΒ Data & Analytics teamΒ turns complex health and financial data into clear, actionable intelligence that drives strategic,Β operationalΒ and clinical decision-making across Risant Health’s portfolio. In this role,Β you’llΒ use structured and unstructured data sources to deliver high-quality analytics aligned with key business priorities - evaluating programs, surfacing high-ROI opportunities, and creating advanced analytics solutions. The teamΒ providesΒ strategic guidance, fosters cross-functional collaboration, and ensures excellence across every engagementβ€”driving innovation, efficiency, and quality in healthcare delivery.Β 

The Analytics ProductΒ Manager translates value-based care product goals into actionable analytics that drive measurable clinical and financial outcomes. This role bridges stakeholders, analytics teams, and product leadership to deliver user-centered, data-driven solutions thatΒ optimizeΒ product performance, adoption, and continuous improvement.Β 

Product Strategy & Stakeholder ManagementΒ 

  • Own vision, roadmap, and backlog to deliver analytics products and results for Risant's VBP solutionsΒ Β 

  • Serve as primary liaison between analytics team and VBP product owners, RHO clinical/operational leaders, and internal technical teams and leadershipΒ 

  • Conduct regular user feedback sessions, adoption reviews, and value realization assessments toΒ identifyΒ enhancement opportunities and measure product impactΒ 

  • Partner with VBP leadership to ensure analytics support new product development and vision throughout the SDLC processΒ 

Foundational, Predictive & Performance AnalyticsΒ 

  • Medical Cost Analytics:Β Build and evolve analytic capabilities that pinpoint cost drivers, impactable populations, and high-ROI opportunities for VBP SolutionsΒ 

  • Program & Platform Evaluation:Β Monitor and evaluate the performance and impact of Risant’s value-based care platform solutions, quantifying how initiatives and products deliver measurable value. Develop methods to continuously assess program performance, sustainability, and system-wide impact.Β 

  • Core Analytic Assets:Β Develop andΒ maintainΒ foundational analytic tools including metrics, models,Β logicΒ and enrichment engines to drive product delivery and impact across the portfolioΒ 

  • Data Pipelines, Visualizations & Business Artifacts:Β Scope and design analytic pipelines, dashboards, and evaluation templates that make insights transparent, repeatable, and actionable. Build visualizations and reports that communicate value to leaders in clinical, operational, and financial domains.Β 

Data Stewardship & CollaborationΒ Β 

  • Contribute analytic templates, metric definitions,Β viewsΒ and insights to the Risant Collaborative to drive shared learning and collective performance improvement.Β 

  • Implement automated data-quality checks andΒ maintainΒ clear documentation to ensure traceability and reliability of results.Β 

  • Maintain and approve semantic layers and analytic datasets that underpin enterprise reporting and insight generation.Β 

Collaboration & CommunicationΒ 

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure analytics translate into real-world decisions and measurable results.Β 

  • Present findings through concise narratives and visualizations that clearly connect data to value.Β 

  • Promote a culture of agile analytics, experimentation, and continuous improvement within the team and partner organizations.Β 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degreeΒ Β in Data Science, Health Economics, Computer Science, Biostatistics, or a related quantitative or healthcare analytics field.

  • Five (5) yearsΒ in healthcare analytics, health economics, or program evaluation, ideally within a payer, provider, or value-based care organization.Β 

  • Demonstrated experience using claims, administrative, and unstructured data sources to evaluate program performance, cost of care, and ROI.Β 

  • ExperienceΒ developing inΒ cloud-based data ecosystems and analytics pipelines (such asΒ Azure, AWS, Google Cloud,Β Synapse, Databricks, Delta Lake) integrating claims, clinical, and unstructured data sources.Β 

  • Ability to create clear, high-impact visual summaries in modern visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).

  • Understanding ofΒ key healthcare payment models and metrics (TCOC, attribution, risk adjustment,Β utilization).Β 

  • Familiarity with agile analytic delivery methods (sprints, backlog management, iterative delivery).Β 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degreeΒ (e.g., MPH, MS in Data Science, Health Informatics, or Applied Analytics).Β
