This role is a critical member of our Solutions team, which also includes AI Customer Success Managers and AI Agent Engineers. This team sits at the intersection of customer needs and technical execution, working collaboratively to design, build, and implement AI-driven workflows that transform how our customers operate.
Location: Boston or San Francisco hybrid role (2 days/week in-office)

Salary Range: $150,000-190,000Β
The salary range may be inclusive of several levels that would be applicable to the position. Final salary will be based on a number of factors including, level, relevant prior experience, skills and expertise. This range is only inclusive of base salary, not benefits (more details below) or equity.
