Description

Chase is seeking a Product Manager who will be responsible for creating, managing and executing Wires & International Payment product roadmap, with a strong emphasis on digital innovation, customer experience, communication strategy and platform technology.

As a Vice President Product Manager in the Wires Communications and Post Completion team, you will create, manage, and execute the Wires & International Payment product roadmap with a strong emphasis on digital innovation, customer experience, communication strategy, and platform technology. You will lead post completion, communication, and UAT strategy, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver frictionless, user-centric products and drive digital transformation at scale.

Job responsibilities

  • Lead the Wires customer experience for post completion flows, including user journey design, channel-specific UX delivery, and continuous improvement of digital workflows.
  • Own customer communications strategy for Wires, ensuring messaging is timely, clear, and aligned with the overall brand and business strategy.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across business, technology, and third-party vendors on vision and strategic pillars required to deliver new products and solutions.Β 
  • Refine and iterate features based on business objectives, customer research, focused dynamics, analytics as well as manage, order and refine product backlog items to optimize value delivery.
  • Conduct product reviews, strategy sessions with leadership, performance assessments, and use data based decision-making to influence the evolution of the roadmap.Β 
  • Lead large scale cross-functional workstreams, including teams across Tech, Design, Finance, Legal, Risk, and Operations, in the prioritization and development of product features.Β 
  • Drive execution, deployment, and continuous refinement of customer-facing capabilities across multiple digital and non-digital channels.
  • Provide input on the product’s business metrics, including OKRs, and ensure alignment with both customer needs and business goals.
  • Manage internal risk and compliance review processes to support launch and ensure a strong control environment.Β 
  • Foster a culture of ownership, agility, and be willing to take controlled risks to achieve results.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5+ years of product development experience.
  • 3+ years of team management experience.
  • Proven track record of managing the end-to-end product development lifecycle (PDLC) for complex, large-scale initiatives across retail and high-net-worth segments.
  • Strong ability to analyze opportunities, build business cases, recommend solutions, and communicate effectively (both verbal and written) to all levels of management.
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Master’s degree in product or analytics-related fields.
  • Financial services experience and deep knowledge of digital payments.
  • Experience leading large-scale digital or omni-channel implementations.
  • Experience leading high-performing product or strategy teams.
