About the Role
As aΒ Principal TPM, you will serve as a strategic leader and technical authority across multiple programs and platforms. Youβll drive enterprise-wide initiatives, influence architectural decisions, and ensure alignment between business goals and technical execution. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the roadmap, guiding cross-functional teams, and delivering innovative solutions that elevate Walmartβs People Technology ecosystem.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00βΒ

Certification in Project Management., Masterβs degree in Business Administration, with specialization in strategy, supply chain, finance, information systems, or related area and 4 yearsβ experience in product design., We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
