This role offers the opportunity to lead and deliver high-impact cybersecurity initiatives across a diverse enterprise environment. Acting as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, you will oversee complex programs spanning risk management, compliance automation, and security operations. You will be instrumental in developing strategies, driving automation, and ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulations. The role demands both technical credibility and strong program management skills, as well as the ability to navigate ambiguity, influence across teams, and deliver results in a fast-changing landscape. Operating in a remote-friendly environment, you’ll be part of a collaborative, innovative, and mission-driven cybersecurity team.

Accountabilities

  • Lead and manage cross-functional cybersecurity programs, including GRC, ServiceNow IRM, security operations, third-party risk, and compliance automation.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to define priorities, deliver solutions, and ensure program success.
  • Present technical challenges and solutions to leadership and stakeholders with clarity and impact.
  • Drive enhancements and automation in platforms like ServiceNow IRM, while contributing to broader cybersecurity goals.
  • Develop and track KPIs/KRIs using dashboards and data visualization tools.
  • Stay updated on regulatory and industry standards (FedRAMP, GDPR, PCI-DSS, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001) to guide risk and control strategies.
  • Launch and manage cybersecurity risk assessments and remediation initiatives.
  • Create strategies for risk mitigation, contingency planning, and compliance adherence.


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in IT Risk Management, Cybersecurity, or related areas, and 5+ years in a Technical Program Manager or similar role.
  • Experience in security frameworks and audit standards such as NIST CSF, SOC 2, PCI, ISO.
  • Ability to work effectively across Product, Engineering, and Architecture teams.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
  • Technical expertise in infrastructure, cloud, and network security.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow IRM or similar GRC platforms (a plus, but not the sole focus).
  • Preferred certifications: CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, CGEIT, PMP.
  • Proven ability to influence, navigate ambiguity, and solve complex problems with a proactive mindset.
