Role Purpose:

The Technical Program Manager, Digital focuses on organizing, managing, and coordinating delivery of complex Digital initiatives in support of our business units. Working with all organizational levels and groups you will enable the delivery of Digital initiatives that are instrumental to scaling a rapidly growing multi-billion-dollar global business unit.

Accountabilities & Impact:รขย€ย‹

  • Manage and coordinate the delivery of complex Digital initiatives working with cross functional teams and C-suite executives.
  • Support digital technical Product ownersย in program initiative delivery.รขย€ย‹
  • Progressive knowledge of portfolio and program management capabilities and Digital business processes.
  • Coordinate with Technical Product Owner(s), scrum masters, and agile delivery teams to implement to deliver Digital & DTC Commerce initiatives to enable growth, transformation, and process improvements across the enterprise.รขย€ย‹
  • Support initiative delivery from builds from conception to completion, working with delivery partners to plan requirements, manage program schedules & budgets, and plan/align IT resources Perform budgetary governance and assess financial impacts along with adopting risk mitigation strategies and removing roadblocks. รขย€ย‹ย ย 

Skills & Experience Needed:

  • Proven track record of working with Technical Product owners in managing the program delivery delivering complex, integrated Digital and DTC Commerce solutions. รขย€ย‹
  • Strong technical expertise in Digital, DTC, and Marketing technologies within B2C ecosystems.รขย€ย‹
  • Skilled in technical program management, change management, program financial management, risk management, resource management, portfolio reporting, steerco management, strategic planning and leadership.รขย€ย‹
  • Experienced in leading multiple concurrent programs and cross-functional teams across time zones.รขย€ย‹
  • Effective communicator able to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders at all organizational levels.รขย€ย‹
  • Familiar with managing globally distributed, multidisciplinary teams in an onshore/offshore model.
  • 4+ years of progressive experience delivering global web, mobile, integration, and eCommerce platforms. รขย€ย‹
  • Proven leadership in managing globally distributed teams (project leads, product owners, analysts, developers, testers) in an onshore/offshore model to execute complex roadmaps.รขย€ย‹
  • Strongย technical program management background, collaborating with agile teams including Technical Product owners, Scrum Masters and agile teams.รขย€ย‹
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Asana, JIRA, and Confluence.รขย€ย‹
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication across all organizational levels.รขย€ย‹
  • Strategic thinker with a strong sense of urgency and a proactive approach.รขย€ย‹
  • Preferred certifications: SAFe, PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP.รขย€ย‹

Compensation:

Compensation offered to prospective Team Members has taken internal equity into consideration and can vary depending on a positionsโ€™ location. The final agreed upon wage may vary based on the job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the individual.

  • Competitive annual salary from $110,000 to $137,000.
