Job Description:
This job is responsible for maximizing the value for one or more products. Key responsibilities include working with stakeholders to understand their needs, and with product managers or specialists to ensure they are aligning on priorities and creating the vision and roadmap for the product to align with strategic direction for the business or technology domain. Job expectations include ensuring delivery of products that meet the expectations of our clients, including features, security, availability, resiliency, timelines and costs.

Responsibilities:

  • Generates the vision and roadmap for the product to align with strategic direction for the business or technology domain
  • Communicates the product vision and roadmap to stakeholders and the team
  • Collaborates with stakeholders to understand their needs and problems
  • Prioritizes and creates work for a team, learning to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring a continuous pipeline of well‑defined, prioritized Epics, Features, MBIs, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Reviews and accepts stories and makes decisions regarding scope and requirements
  • Partners with the team to ensure that optimum value is obtained through technology and through subject-matter expertise of the business

Required Qualifications:

  • 5–8 years of experience working in Agile environments, preferably in Product Owner or Business Analyst roles.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Product Owner supporting complex, high‑volume digital platforms
  • Strong expertise in Agile backlog ownership, refinement, prioritization, and sprint readiness
  • Proven ability to translate regulatory, control, and audit requirements into actionable product work
  • Experience supporting mobile or customer‑facing digital channels in regulated environments
  • Solid understanding of system integrations, APIs, data flows, and platform dependencies
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, architecture, security, QA, compliance, and operations teams
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills, including coordination with business, risk, and leadership partners
  • Experience managing issue triage, release coordination, and production stability concerns
  • Team‑oriented mindset with ability to drive alignment across multiple delivery teams while managing competing priorities
  • Skilled in documenting clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and release‑level requirements

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience working within enterprise banking or financial services environments
  • Familiarity with mobile application security, authentication, and resiliency patterns
  • Exposure to audit support, regulatory exams, and compliance evidence preparation
  • Experience supporting modernization initiatives such as cloud migration or platform simplification
  • Awareness of AI‑enabled product features or data‑driven enhancements
  • Strong understanding of risk management and operational resilience concepts
  • Product Owner or Agile certification (CSPO, SAFe POPM, or equivalent)
  • Experience working with globally distributed teams and stakeholders

Pay range

$89,200.00 - $154,600.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan.
