As a Technical Product Manager on the Data Publish & Processing Team, you will be central to the execution of Chase Consumer and Community Bankingβs (CCB) data and analytics strategy, and operating model. Β You'll help JPMorgan Chase to deliver on our strategic business goal to run applications on multi-cloud environments and deliver solutions our customers love using AI/ML, Big Data, Micro-services, and architectures. As an experienced professional in data publishing and processing, you are well-versed in best practices across the lifecycle of data management. You can help transform how we deliver superior customer experiences through data-driven product and service offerings. You'll need to influence key stakeholders at various levels in analytics, business, and technology to deliver cutting-edge innovation with the customer and business impact in mind.Β
Job Responsibilities
- Champion data publishing and processing offerings to integrate with firm-wide products; contribute to the vision for the product and improve technical solutions in data publishing and processing: Data Delivery, Data Lake, and Data Pipeline.
- Actively engage with key customers and leadership to represent customersβ platform needs from data publishing and processing teams and vice versa, influencing the creation of objectives, key results, and roadmaps.
- Build product roadmaps and program charters to initiate and scale specific critical initiatives in data publishing and processing.
- Track execution and solve any blockers.
- Partner with data publishing and processing teamβs product and program managers to execute across cross-cutting product features.Β
- Develop mechanisms for execution, collaboration, and prioritization.
- Provide status updates, liaise with customers, and collect feedback on the product to enhance feature requirements based on their needs and vision.
- Track progress of portfolio of products, feature roadmaps, and customer adoption. Provide visibility into roadmap and contribute to strategic planning.
- Address backlog and prioritization, track engagement of data publishing and processing teams by managing customer need/platform support matrix and customer requests.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- 5 years as a Technical Product Manager in a large matrixed organization in multiple time zones.
- Confidently influence and tactfully lead from the front without specific authority.
- Willing to deep dive technically and thrive in environments where your customers and partners are technical.
- Embrace ambiguity and define clear strategies and priorities.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in Big Data tools, infrastructure, and related technology.
- AWS Solution Architect and AWS data Analytics Certification (or will be required to complete the AWS certification exam in the first 90 days).
