As a Technical Product Manager β Integrations, you will:β―Β
- Work on the product and partner integrations strategy that supports the overall product vision and business goals.Β
- Solve customer problems by creating seamless integrations with a customer first attitudeΒ
- Collaborate with business and cross-functional team stakeholders to set the roadmap and execute it.Β
- Work closely with internal stakeholders across the organization to understand and synthesize user and customer needs, to support your decisions.Β
- Speak with customers daily, research and analyze various data points and competitor products to evaluate and validate ideas.Β
- Be the market problems SME and quickly earn the trust of stakeholders to represent their requirements and make decisions on their behalf.Β
- Build trust and effective relationships with peers/cross-functional teams and provide leadership across the product, engineering and business teams.β―Β
- Plan and execute GTM strategies to ensure product launches are fulfilling business goals.Β
- Work with leadership to shape TCPβs position to deliver product that is recognized best in class and achieves the companyβs business goals.Β
- Work to define the metrics and KPIs for your area and measure how these improve over time.Β
Requirements - 2+ years of Product Management or Architecture experience with a focus on B2B SaaS.Β
- Experience in working with platforms, APIs, and connecting with 3rd party applications, by using in-house or market leading iPaaS solutions such as Workato, Boomi and Mulesoft.Β
- Demonstrated ability to translate customer problems into technology roadmaps and proven record in delivering high-quality products.Β
- Ability to understand, develop and present compelling business cases and monetization models.Β
- Ability to participate in technical discussions to help make technical trade-offs and create first class customer experience products.Β
- Strong problem-solving skills, at both strategic and tactical levels and the ability to think creatively to get things done.Β
- Excellent verbal, written and reasoning skillsΒ
- Experience managing various levels of seniority stakeholders to scope new product features and get the message across.Β
- Passion about what you do and high degree of self-initiative to drive results.Β
