Technical Product Manager β€” Digital Patient Payments


Location: Peachtree Corners, GA or Remote (United States)

Join Brightree (a Resmed company), as a Technical Product Manager, to modernize how HME providers collect patient responsibility. You’ll own the execution that moves the numbersβ€”payment completion, days-to-pay, and cost-to-collectβ€”through digital channels (SMS, email, web, mobile) integrated into provider workflows.

Let’s talk about Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with market trends, customer needs, and business goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, customers, and development teams to gather requirements and prioritize them based on business value, feasibility, and technical constraints.
  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the timeline, milestones, and features of the product, ensuring alignment with the overall product strategy.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product design, implementation and support, to ensure effective coordination throughout the product development lifecycle and product launch.
  • Conduct market research, landscape and competitor analysis to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for product enhancements.
  • Oversee the product launch lifecycle, ensuring products meet user needs and business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance using relevant tools and metrics, making necessary adjustments to drive continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies for product promotion and user adoption.
  • Collect, analyze, and respond to user feedback to refine product features and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure product alignment with company goals and strategies, constantly revisiting and refining the product as per evolving market trends and customer feedback.

Let’s talk about Qualifications and Experience

Required:

  • Leverage strong technical expertise to translate complex requirements into actionable product features.
  • Deep understanding of APIs and data query
  • Demonstrate strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Apply analytical skills to conduct market research, competitor analysis, and performance monitoring.
  • Exhibit leadership in managing the product lifecycle and driving product enhancements.
  • Demonstrates "drives collaboration" by building trust and strong partnerships to achieve shared goals.

Preferred:

  • Experience working in digital product management, especially in healthcare or payment solutions.
  • Familiarity with digital channels such as SMS, email, web, and mobile integrations.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft tech stack and API frameworks.
  • Prior experience with product roadmapping and agile delivery methodologies.
  • Prior experience delivering AI/ML capabilities to market.

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.Β 

At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.Β  A reasonable estimate of the current range for this position is:Β $118,000 - $148,000 - $178,000.
