JOB SUMMARY
Guidehealth is on a mission to make healthcare affordable for everyone, and Rose, our in-house conversational Automation tools, plays a key role in making sure that everyone who needs access to healthcare can get the attention they need. As Product Manager, you would own the end-to-end lifecycle for Rose, with use cases that range from care management to quality improvement outreach to customer service. Your history of bringing order to complexity, and your willingness to be accountable for outcomes when the path isn't obvious, will help Rose deliver on a simple promise: that every patient is seen, heard, and followed up with. In this role, you sit at the intersection of clinical operations, product development, data science, and software engineering, with the objective of scaling Roseβs capabilities across the organization.

The salary range for this role is $145,000.00 to $150,000.00

COMPENSATION:
The listed compensation range listed is paid bi-weekly per our standard payroll practices.Β Final base pay decisions are dependent upon a variety of factors which may include, but are not limited to: skill set, years of relevant experience, education, location, and licensure/certifications.

REMOTE WORK TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
Guidehealth is a fully remote company. We provide new employees with the necessary equipment to function in their role at no charge to the employee. Employees provide their own internet connection, capable of conducting video calls on camera and connecting to various internal and external systems. The required internet speed is a minimum of 100 mbps download, 10 mbps upload. Please run a speed test hereΒ to confirm your internet connection meets these requirements.Β
