The Technical Product Manager will help shape and evolve the Retail Performance Platform (RPP), Maritzโs nextโgeneration, cloudโnative platform designed to power incentive, recognition, and engagement programs at enterprise scale. RPP consolidates complex retail performance initiatives into a single, configurable platform that supports multiple brands, programs, and user communities through modern architecture and shared capabilities.What You'll Be Doing
40%ย - PRODUCT MANAGEMENT:โฏ Oversees one or more technology products.โฏ Communicates details of development efforts to internalย stakeholders as well as clients as needed.โฏ Creates andย maintainsย a product roadmap based on market insight, user feedback, analysis,ย customerย trendsย and competitive research. Establishย & maintainย long-term relationships with key stakeholders to understand their technicalย needs as well as their individual business.โฏ Perform market research to understand and communicateย new trendsย relative to each productย team to remain competitive.โฏย

10%ย - PRESALES & CLIENT SOLUTION SUPPORT:ย Partners with Sales, Client Success, and solution teams to support presales activities. Participates in client discovery discussions,ย validatesย product fit and technical feasibility, contributes to solution design and scope definition, and supports RFP responses, demos, and client presentations. Ensures product capabilities and roadmap commitments are accurately represented and aligned with delivery realities.ย

50%ย - PRODUCT PRIORITIZATION:โฏ Worksย with key technical and business stakeholders toย determineย project prioritization for technical productsย that align with key business strategies.โฏ Prioritize enhancement and lifecycle management, work with the development teams to driveย business value and operationalย efficiencies.โฏ Collaborates with technical architects, developers, business analysts, projectย managers toย develop and improve processes.โฏ Work with technical managers to determineย appropriate staffingย needs.โฏ Present product enhancements,ย status and recommendations to the governance team.โฏย ย
Things You Should Know
Bachelorย degree or equivalent experienceย required.ย
Capacity to analyze and understand product solutions to create and manage product roadmaps.ย
Ability to become a subject matter expert around technology products.ย
Ability to work with both business and technical associates in a cross-functional environment to develop a common goal or vision.ย
Desire to innovate โ developย new ideasย independently and with a team and execute with minimal direction.ย
Professional demeanor, including verbal and written communication skills for effective interface with all levels of the organization as wellย as with clients.ย
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, while meeting regular deadlines
Things You Should Know
Reports to Sr. Director, IT. Close working relationship with technology stakeholders, technology department and vendors.ย Maintains relationships with technology managers, project managers and business owners.
This is a hybrid role in our Fenton, MO office (Tuesday | Wednesday | Thursday)
