Position Overviewย
KPA is seeking aย Technical Product Managerย to lead theย AI strategy and technical roadmapย for FLEX. This role blends deep technical acumen with product visionโdriving the integration of artificial intelligence, automation, and scalable architecture to make FLEX faster, smarter, and more powerful for customers.ย
Youโllย leadย how FLEX leverages AI to transform safety managementโfrom predictive analytics and intelligent recommendations to natural language interaction and automated workflows.ย Youโllย also own the platform roadmap that ensures FLEX is architected for scalability, performance, and long-term growth.ย
The ideal candidate is equal parts visionary andย executorโsomeone who can translate complex technical opportunities into actionableย roadmaps, andย inspire both engineers and executives aroundย whatโsย possible.ย
