As a Product Manager in Client Onboarding & Servicing (COS) Platform Aligned Strategy team, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
Job responsibilities:
- Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
- Work with senior executives to develop the strategic vision and roadmap for onboarding, product, and service
- Drive competitive assessments including peer to peer benchmarking and market disruptors
- Establish and review key strategic priorities, translating them into actionable and measurable plans with clear deliverables
- Lead the development of compelling business cases to support the organizationβs multi-year planning process
- Support the team in conducting deep dive assessments of current state and future state with subject matter experts
- Identify opportunities and capabilities to create an industry-leading onboarding experience that exceeds client expectationsΒ
- Support the teamβs objective to build a model which supports low-friction/low-effort onboardings across a variety of use cases where speed to onboard meets market demand
- Collaborate with stakeholders and work with cross-functional teams in the assessment of new opportunities and initiatives
- Ensure business cases for new initiatives are aligned with the groupβs strategy, understand the benefits they would provide, and mitigate risk of subsequent delivery failure
- Ensure a seamless transition from concept through initiation and delivery execution as initiatives move through their natural lifecycle
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Experience: 5+ years in product strategy, product management, or a relevant domain area.
- Product Development Knowledge: Advanced understanding of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
- Product Life Cycle Leadership: Proven ability to lead activities such as discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
- Innovative Mindset: Demonstrates an entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving and product development.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts effectively.
- Data Proficiency: Skilled in data analysis and interpretation to guide strategic decisions.
