As a Strategic Product Manager, youβll drive key initiatives that enable our transition to cloud-first delivery, subscription pricing, and outcome-based product operations. This is a hands-on, high-visibility individual contributor role that works across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Finance, and Commercial teams.

What Youβll Own
Design and drive execution of product-led initiatives tied to our subscription model, usage metrics, and customer experience redesign
Connect technical product decisions with commercial outcomes β from pricing and packaging to onboarding and support
Build and maintain operational mechanisms to ensure roadmap execution translates into measurable business impact
Shape how we define and measure value across the customer lifecycle (e.g., time-to-value, adoption velocity, renewal health)
Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to align product strategy with operational execution
Required Qualifications
MBA from a top-tier institution
5+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, or business operations in an enterprise software or industrial tech context
Direct experience with power systems β ideally in utility operations, grid planning, EMS/DMS, DERMS, or related fields
Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and lead through complexity
Strong analytical, communication, and storytelling skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with cloud-native software or business model transitions (e.g. perpetual to subscription)
Familiarity with enterprise software support models, telemetry, or customer journey analytics
Tools: Salesforce, Tableau, Aha!, Amplitude, Confluence, JIRA

β’ Be responsible for defining, developing, and evolving software in a fast paced and agile development environment using the latest software development technologies and infrastructure
β’ Provide technical leadership to an agile team of 5-7
β’ Work with Product Line Leaders (PLLs) to understand product requirements & vision
β’ Translate requirements / vision into prioritized list of user stories and deliver to required timelines and quality standards
β’ Work with product line leaders and architects to develop multi generation software technology plans
β’ Drive increased efficiency across the teams, eliminating duplication, leveraging product and technology reuse
β’ Support process improvements which guide the development, sustaining & support activities
β’ Work cross functionally with other business departments to align activities and deliverables
β’ Drive world-class quality in the development and support of products
β’ Ensure team receives consistent messages and has clear understanding of business direction, strategy and results
β’ Engage subject matter experts in successful transfer of complex domain knowledge
β’ Apply principles of SDLC and methodologies like Lean/Agile/XP, CI, Software and Product Security, Scalability, Documentation Practices, refactoring and Testing Techniques

The base pay range for this position is 176,000.00 - 220,000.00. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidateβs experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for a 20% Variable Incentive Bonus. Β This posting is expected to close on September 10, 2025.
