About the Role
We are seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead Walmartβs Data Governance Product portfolio, with an initial focus on implementing and driving adoption of our Master Data Management (MDM) system. This role is pivotal in strengthening the quality, accessibility, and trustworthiness of enterprise data across our Last Mile Delivery ecosystemβenabling accurate, compliant, and data-driven decision-making at scale.
You will sit at the intersection of data management, governance technology, and enterprise enablement, playing a critical role in realizing Sparkβs vision of high-quality, well-governed, and responsibly managed data.
What you'll do...

Define, Develop, and Enhance Products:Β Own product roadmaps, requirements, and rollout strategies.Β Align business and technical needs, analyze customer and product data, and transform insights into actionable initiatives.Β Manage risks and ensure successful delivery.Β

Minimum QualificationsΒ

Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fieldΒ andΒ 7+ years of product management experience; OR 9+ years of product management experience.Β

Proven experience managing large-scale, complex B2B/C products.Β

Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and compliance frameworks.Β
Preferred QualificationsΒ

Experience with Master Data Management (MDM) systems.Β

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00 - $286,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
