The Role

As a Staff Product Manager β Public Charging, you will lead the strategy, definition, and delivery of GMβs public charging experiences across in-vehicle and mobile touchpoints.
You will be accountable for shaping a cohesive, end-to-end journey for EV drivers, ensuring that finding, using, and paying for public charging is simple, reliable, and delightful.
In this role, you will operate as a product leader and thought partner across the organization β setting vision and priorities, aligning stakeholders, and driving execution on complex, cross-functional initiatives. You will combine a deep understanding of EV driver needs, the public charging ecosystem, and GMβs technical platforms to make high-quality decisions, trade-offs, and bets.
You will be expected to raise the bar on product quality and customer experience and represent public charging in executive and cross-functional forums β ensuring GMβs products not only meet todayβs needs but anticipate where public charging is headed next.

Compensation: The compensation information is a good faith estimate only. It is based on what a successful applicant might be paid in accordance with applicable state laws. The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position, as well as geography of the selected candidate. The compensation may not be representative for positions located outside of the California Bay Area.
β’ The salary range for this role is 159,400 and 245,700. The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
Β Bonus Potential: An incentive pay program offers payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual performance.

Company vehicle: Upon successful completion of a motor vehicle report review, you will be eligible to participate in a company vehicle evaluation program, though which you will be assigned a General Motors vehicle to drive and evaluate. Note: program participants are required to purchase/lease a qualifying GM vehicle every four years unless one of a limited number of exceptions applies.
