We are seeking a strategic and technically adept Staff Product Manager to define and drive the execution of product initiatives within our data center power systems portfolio. This individual contributor role requires strong technical knowledge, strategic execution skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across the organization. You will act as a domain expert for critical infrastructure productsโincluding power generators, transformers, switchgear, ATSs, RPPs, UPSs, and PDUsโtranslating business goals into detailed requirements, guiding development roadmaps, and identifying new avenues for growth. Reporting to the Director of Product Management, you will play a key role in delivering innovative power infrastructure solutions and expanding Supermicro's market presence in AI, cloud, and enterprise data centers.

The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
