What You’ll DoΒ 

As a Staff Product Manager in TJX’s Global Site Solutions organization, you’ll be a strategic leader responsible for defining and delivering technology solutions that support the full lifecycle of TJX sitesβ€”including Real Estate, Store Planning, Property Development, and Workplace Services.Β 

You’ll partner closely with Product Owners, Engineering, Architecture, and Business Stakeholders to shape product strategy, define roadmaps, and ensure successful delivery across the product lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and is passionate about driving business outcomes through technology.Β

Key ResponsibilitiesΒ 

  • Define and evolve the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goalsΒ 

  • Lead epic definition, scoping, and breakdown into features and enablersΒ 

  • Translate complex business needs into actionable product requirements and non-functional requirementsΒ 

  • Guide cross-functional teams through Agile delivery, ensuring alignment across business, engineering, and architectureΒ 

  • Drive prioritization and backlog refinement across multiple Agile teamsΒ 

  • Track progress and report on objectives, risks, and dependencies using tools like Jira and ConfluenceΒ 

  • Mentor and develop Product Owners and Analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and product excellenceΒ 

  • Partner with support teams to identify and resolve high-priority defectsΒ 

  • Influence business partners on how to best leverage technology to meet strategic goalsΒ

What You’ll NeedΒ 

Minimum Qualifications:Β 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related fieldΒ 

  • 10+ years of experience in IT, with 5+ years in product management or product ownershipΒ 

  • Proven success leading large-scale, complex initiatives in a global, matrixed environmentΒ 

  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including SAFeΒ 

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skillsΒ 

  • Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Agile planning platformsΒ 

  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and product featuresΒ 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindsetΒ 

Preferred Qualifications:Β 

  • Experience with real estate, facilities, or workplace services systemsΒ 

  • SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) certificationΒ 

  • Experience managing third-party and SAAS applicationsΒ 

  • Experience mentoring or managing Product Owners or AnalystsΒ 

  • Familiarity with Agile Release Trains and enterprise-scale deliveryΒ

This position has a starting salary range of $101,500.00 to $131,900.00 per year. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual incentive as well as long-term incentives.
