The Role

We’re on the hunt for a Sr. Technical Program Manager who’s ready to dive in and make waves. You’ll help us tackle real-world challenges, bring fresh ideas to the table, and be a key part of our growing team.

The Senior Technical Program Manager is responsible for the delivery and integration of technical solutions to improve business operations and maximize the efficiency and productivity of the onsite Robotics Operation. They ensure that teams deliver projects on time and to the approved Apkudo standards. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing technical projects and teams, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional results within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee the end-to-end deployment process to ensure customer business requirements are met.
  • Drive and align business priorities within operations, focusing on both hardware and software deployment solutions.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of customer needs and how our solutions meet those needs to effectively prioritize tasks.
  • Develop and maintain the overall project plan, monitor progress, and provide weekly status updates.
  • Act as the primary liaison with the client’s Program Management team.
  • Lead requirements management in collaboration with the account and product teams.
  • Assist in creating client-level Estimates of Effort (LOEs).
  • Manage program deployment, support, and release processes.
  • Coordinate and ensure effective collaboration across technology development teams.
  • Identify and resolve tactical impediments, driving issue resolution.
  • Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies and track sprint KPIs.
  • Monitor and evaluate project costs against budget and delivery goals.
  • Oversee resource allocation for deployment tasks and ensure alignment with project needs.
  • Define, track, and present KPIs to measure operational performance.

What We’re Looking For

We’re not into laundry lists of β€œmust-haves.” But if you check off a few of these, let’s talk:

  • BA/BS in Business, Management, or a relevant field. MS or MBA a plus
  • 7+ years of experience in Technical Program management delivering Hardware and software solutions.
  • 3+ years of experience in the mobile/connected device, consumer electronics reverse logistics, and/or SaaS industries desired.
  • Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated success in managing planning, project reviews, scheduling, and budgets.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are crucial, as well as the ability to think clearly, analyze, problem-solve, scope requirements and prioritize.
  • Sound business judgment with the proven ability to influence others positively.
  • Strong analytical thinking skills.
  • High levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
