About the Role:
Weβre looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead complex, cross-functional engineering initiatives from planning through launch. You'll drive execution, foster collaboration across teams, and bring clarity to ambiguityβensuring projects stay on track, on time, and aligned with business goals.
What Youβll Do:
Lead end-to-end technical program execution, from roadmap to release
Coordinate cross-team collaboration and decision-making
Define project plans, manage testing and triage, and oversee release readiness
Monitor delivery, velocity, and riskβkeeping stakeholders informed every step of the way
Drive agile practices and continuously improve program efficiency
Mentor peers and contribute to technical strategy and design discussions

What You Bring:
7+ years working with engineering teams; 5+ years in technical program management
Proven ability to manage ambiguity, influence stakeholders, and deliver at scale
Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and tools (JIRA, Confluence)
Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and scalability best practices
Bonus Points:
Experience with GraphQL federation, API gateways, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Background in platform engineering or large-scale microservices
The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:
$101,200 - $174,100Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
