Job Description

Primary Function of Position

This position reports to the Source COE Leader and is responsible for defining, launching, and continuously improving Intuitive’s Supply Chain Collaboration platform. The Senior Supply Chain Digital Product Manager serves as the enterprise-level owner of the product vision, roadmap, user experience, and adoption strategy.

This role sets digital standards, maps user journeys across buyers, planners, and suppliers, and drives cross-functional alignment with IT, Supply Chain Operations, and external partners. The purpose of this role is to deliver a seamless and effective digital collaboration experience that improves supply continuity, reduces friction, and supports operational efficiency across the global supply chain.

Essential Job Duties

  • Establish the product vision, roadmap, and measurable success metrics for the collaboration platform.

  • Lead implementation and scaling of the platform, ensuring alignment with enterprise supply chain needs.

  • Create and maintain user journey maps to identify pain points, simplify workflows, and guide product priorities.

  • Define and track key success metricsβ€”including adoption, satisfaction, cycle times, and exception reduction.

  • Translate business problems into clear product requirements and prioritization frameworks.

  • Provide guidance on UI/UX improvements that enhance usability and remove friction for internal users and suppliers.

  • Partner with IT to ensure system capabilities, integrations, and releases align with user needs and business goals.

  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure delivery quality, roadmap alignment, and timely issue resolution.

  • Lead communication, onboarding, and change management efforts that support enterprise-wide adoption.

  • Serve as subject matter expert for supply chain digital collaboration, influencing standards and practices across COE.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in digital product management, enterprise platforms, or supply chain technology.

  • Demonstrated success leading end-to-end product lifecycle for complex, multi-team digital tools.

  • Strong analytical capability in mapping customer journeys, diagnosing systemic issues, and defining KPIs.

  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive clarity across IT, operations, and supplier interfaces.

  • Excellent communication skills, including executive-ready framing, concise storytelling, and clear decision rationale.

Required Education and Training

  • Bachelor’s Degree required (Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline), or equivalent relevant work experience.

  • Formal training in product Management fundamentals (e.g., Pragmatic Institute, General Assembly, or similar accredited programs), or equivalent demonstrated experience.

  • Training or direct experience with Enterprise Software Implementation methodologies or frameworks.

  • Familiarity with User Experience (UX) or Customer Journey Mapping principles.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Practical knowledge of supply chain software (such as E2Open, Blue Yonder, One Network, iValua, SAP Ariba, Coupa, etc.) or similar enterprise collaboration tools.

  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)

  • Agile or Lean certification (PMI-ACP, SAFe, etc.)

  • APICS/ASCM certification or related Supply Chain certification

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, benefits, and equity. It would not be typical for someone to be hired at the top end of range for the role, as actual pay will be determined based on several factors, including experience, skills, and qualifications.
