Position Title: Program Manager (Senior)

Location: National Capital Region - Patriots Plaza 2, Washington Metropolitan Area

Education Level: Master's in Project Management, Business Administration (MBA), or Engineering Management; PMP certification highly preferred

This position is for a proposal. Current or previous experience working with the FBI is required.

Required Skills and Experience

• Complete project development from inception to deployment
• Providing guidance and directions on multiple tasks across several functional areas
• Understanding program requirements, ability to review and evaluate all work performed
• Expertise in management and control of funds and resources
• Providing direction to staff to ensure compliance with management policies and procedures
• Technical management and direction for problem definitions, analysis, and requirements development for complex systems
• Providing recommendations and advice to executives on system improvements and optimization of business processes
• Minimum 10+ years of progressive, project-related experience including agile project management
