Metropolitan area providing management consulting services to federal agencies and organizations supporting the public sector. DIS offers exceptional client services in the areas of Strategic Communications and Integrated Marketing (SCIM), Information Technology (IT), and Strategic and Performance Management.
DIS is currently assisting the team seeking a Sr. Program Manager to join a member of the joint venture that will deliver on a $300 million program responsible for end-to-end program execution across all tasks ensuring effective contract delivery in alignment with mission objectives, federal standards, and best practices in digital transformation and user-centric service models.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction and day-to-day leadership of a large outreach and engagement effort supporting the military community and families while also providing information technology (IT), cybersecurity, and data operations services that support outreach activities.
- Ensure quality, cost, schedule, and performance compliance across all tasks
- Lead teams delivering impactful outreach and engagement through development and execution of innovative strategies and solutions that enhance brand recognition, improve reputation, and strengthen stakeholder relationships.
- Oversee development of high-quality, engaging, and comprehensive content that pushes the boundaries of traditional branding and emotionally connects with audiences and creates memorable events.
- Manage creative professionals that develop content including developing visual content that tells compelling stories, engaging audiences on an emotional level and creating memorable moments. Content will maintain full compliance with accessibility standards (including the latest Section 508 and WCAG guidelines).
- Implementing content delivery, curation, and marketing strategies that create user interfaces optimized for a successful end-user experience. Improving content and content delivery through analytics and data-driven strategies to evaluate communication tactics and platform performance.
- Leading teams that provide a range of diverse services that include: (a) leveraging compliant Machine Learning (ML), advanced analytics, and AI technologies; (b) conducting research and assessment through qualitative, quantitative, and user-experiential methods to evaluate military community needs, values, and desires; (c) operating the IT enterprise in AWS GovCloud.
- Implementing Agile methodologies for content creation and management, allowing for rapid iteration and improvement based on user feedback to quickly adapt to changing circumstances
- Coordinate contract transitions (in/out), reporting, and resource planning
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- 12+ Years experience as a Sr. Project/Program Manager
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., management, public administration, IT)
- PMP or PgMP certification required
- Minimum Tier 3 background investigation
- Prior experience managing complex federal programs, particularly supporting military families or DoD digital service initiatives, is strongly preferred
