The EPIC Senior Product Manager is responsible for the full sales cycle of assigned EPIC products for the NC, SC, South GA, and North FL Markets.

Up to 80% travel including some overnight is required.

The manager assists Eastern team members in selling to business establishments. This manager collaborates and provides strategic technical support to team members within Eastern to maximize sales of EPIC products. This role is responsible for growing sales of assigned EPIC product-solutions that require significant customization and training. The manager is a subject matter expert who works with the sales team to promote assigned EPIC product-solutions and is not bound by territorial, industry, or vertical market constraints.

Responsibilities include the following:

Provides coaching and professional development to Eastern team-members to enhance their EPIC product knowledge and customer service applications.

Collaborates with Marketing to develop collateral, outbound marketing efforts and website updates.

Leads demand-generating marketing activities with EPIC manufacturers.

Identifies and Addresses Customer Needs.

Seeks to provide an appropriate solution by understanding what the customer is trying to accomplish; spends time in a needs analysis process that identifies key objectives specific to an individual customer.

Assist outside (OAM) /inside sales (IAM) account managers in sales and quoting the EPIC products.

Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.

Builds credibility by remaining factual and timely in providing information; maintains sources for quick access to time-sensitive information and to stay informed of new developments; proactively educates customers and Eastern associates or shares information.

Coordinates customer fulfillment requirements with appropriate Eastern personnel to ensure customer expectations have been met.

Ensure projects are communicated to the appropriate Regional and In-market Sales Managers to maximize Eastern's opportunity to secure projects.

Train and/or coordinates training for appropriate sales associates on EPIC products and applications.

Qualifications:

Experience: Three years of experience in a related business/industry.
Computer Skills: Knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point, Google Suite of products and ERP software, such as Eclipse.
Certificates, Licenses: Driver's license with clean record required; Piping certifications are preferred.
Other Qualifications: Must be able to travel up to 80%. Must be willing to travel to areas that require overnight visits.
