Job Description

As a Senior Product Manager on the EBG Product team, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the overall site and mobile application experience in an e-commerce environment. You’ll lead the strategy and execution of high-impact product initiatives that empower our business partners, operations, and marketing teams. You'll collaborate with some of the most iconic names in travel, entertainment, and lifestyle. YOU MUST BE BASED IN FLORIDA or TEXAS and ideally commutable to an EBG location to be considered for this role.Β 

As a Senior Product Manager you will:

  • Use agile product management principles, such as customer discovery, product discovery, prototyping, split testing, etc.
  • Own and lead the product strategy for their business components of EBG’s proprietary marketplace platforms.
  • Collaborate with UX, engineering, marketing, and stakeholders to define and execute a product roadmap aligned with business goals.
  • Communicate product status, risks, and milestones to leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Drive product innovation and continuous improvement across key user journey touchpoints including site experience, discovery, search, and checkout.
  • Conduct customer and product discovery, prototype new features, and validate ideas through testing and analytics.
  • Write detailed epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria with a strong focus on quality and user experience.
  • Partner with UX to create high-fidelity designs and iterate based on feedback and data.
  • Act as the internal advocate for end users, ensuring their needs are reflected in every product decision.
  • Analyze product performance using KPIs and analytics tools to inform optimizations and future development.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in product management or IT strategy roles, with a track record of delivering successful digital products.Β 
  • Advanced degree or certifications in Product Management or related fields a plus.
  • Experience in travel, entertainment, or ecommerce industries.
  • Experience with mobile applications (iOS) for e-commerce.
  • Experience with login/registration, search, or checkout a plus.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the customer journey through the funnel.
  • Comfortable discussing data models, APIs, and UX/UI principles. Experience with tools like Figma (wireframe), Jira, and analytics platforms.
  • Strong understanding of A/B testing, user research, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and create trust across business teams.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment with shifting priorities and multiple concurrent projects.
  • Address challenges, persist through obstacles to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Passionate about creating intuitive, impactful experiences for users and internal stakeholders.
  • Some travel may be required for this position.
